  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar or brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas until smooth.
  2. Mix banana mash, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
