  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups almond flour finely ground if store-bought
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas until smooth in a bowl.
  3. Mix in almond flour and baking powder until combined.
  4. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
