Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

These savory bites combine flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and tangy cranberry sauce for a delightful appetizer.

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
Cheese
  • 4 oz brie cheese small cheese wheel
Filling
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce store bought or homemade
Optional Garnishes
  • to taste candied pecans optional
  • to taste fresh rosemary sprigs optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 16 squares and place in muffin tin.
  3. Cut brie into cubes, place one in each cup, and top with cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown, then cool slightly and remove from tin.
  5. Garnish with pecans and rosemary if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For easier cutting, freeze the brie for 10-15 minutes before cubing.
