Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray mini muffin tin.
- Cut puff pastry into 16 squares and place in muffin tin.
- Cut brie into cubes, place one in each cup, and top with cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown, then cool slightly and remove from tin.
- Garnish with pecans and rosemary if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For easier cutting, freeze the brie for 10-15 minutes before cubing.
