Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan until nutty, then cool slightly.
- Mix mashed bananas, sugars, egg, and vanilla until combined.
- Stir in browned butter, then add baking soda and salt.
- Fold in flour and chocolate chips, then divide batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle some sea salt on top before baking.
