Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt a pinch
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, then add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
