Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
Sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Salt
  • Pinch pinch of salt
Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
  4. Stir in flour until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes; cool before slicing.
