Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl, then add melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Gently combine with wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into the pan. For the crumb, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, rub in cold butter until crumbly, then sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, then cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter or topping.
