Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix with melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; fold into wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into pan. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter for crumb; sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter or topping.
