Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Add melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla; stir until smooth.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into pan. For the crumb, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, rub in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, check at 50. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
