Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture; stir just until combined.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar for swirl.
- Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle half cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon.
- Swirl cinnamon through batter, then bake 60-70 minutes. Cool before slicing.
