Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
Egg
  • 1 large large egg, beaten
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Flour
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture; stir just until combined.
  4. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar for swirl.
  5. Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle half cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon.
  6. Swirl cinnamon through batter, then bake 60-70 minutes. Cool before slicing.
