Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas with melted butter, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour until just combined.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle with half cinnamon sugar.
- Add remaining batter and top with rest of cinnamon sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
