Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour until just combined. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar for swirl.
- Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, swirl, and top with cinnamon.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
