Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, then pour half into pan. Mix cinnamon and sugar for swirl, add on top, then add remaining batter. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, cool, then drizzle with icing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
