Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently. Mix cinnamon and sugar for the swirl.
- Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, cool, then drizzle with icing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
