Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients; cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry; swirl cinnamon sugar into batter.
- Pour into pan, create swirls, and bake 55–65 minutes. Cool before icing.
- Mix icing ingredients, drizzle over cooled bread, then slice and serve.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and do not overmix the batter.
