Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar for swirl.
- Layer batter and cinnamon mixture, then swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and do not overmix the batter.
