Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix in eggs, nut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine baking soda, cinnamon, salt; add to wet mixture.
- Stir in nuts or chocolate chips if using, then pour into pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or a handful of chocolate chips.
