Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add flour, oats, sugar, oil, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips or nuts, if desired.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

For a vegan option, ensure you use coconut oil and dairy-free chocolate chips.
