  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce
  • 10.75 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup (gluten-free)
  • 1 cup gluten-free beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked gluten-free pasta (rotini, penne, or similar)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef, drain grease, add onion, and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, soup, broth, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
  4. Add pasta and stir to combine.
  5. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
