  • 2 cups leftover chicken shredded
  • 8 oz noodles cooked
  • 2 cans organic reduced fat cans of ‘cream of’ soups mushroom or chicken
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
  • 1 cup veggies mixed, frozen or fresh

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles.
  2. Toss everything together.
  3. Bake in the oven.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of whole wheat breadcrumbs on top for a crispy crust!
