  • 2 medium sweet potatoes grated
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add grated sweet potatoes, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, then cook until crispy on the bottom.
  4. Flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible for crispy hash browns.
