Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mixture, stirring well.
- Fold in nuts if using, then pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Using ripe bananas enhances sweetness naturally, and optional nuts add crunch.
