  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest (2 lemons)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Frosting
  • 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature (230g)
  • 7 cups powdered sugar (840g)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature (225g)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest (1 lemon)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
