Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish.
- Whisk maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside some marinade for glazing.
- Place chicken in dish, coat with marinade. Toss sweet potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper; spread around chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Brush reserved marinade over chicken in last 5 minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with herbs if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Use fresh herbs for extra flavor.
