Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini muffin tin.
- Mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; stir well.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, then flour until just combined.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin, about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes; cool before serving.
