  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon Irish Cream flavoring optional
  • 2 cups milk adjust for desired thickness

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or flavoring as needed.
  4. Pour into a glass bottle or jar.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Shake well before serving.
  7. Serve chilled over ice or in coffee.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat heavy cream and whole milk.
