Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix bananas, pumpkin, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 50-55 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or cloves.
