- Mix bananas, pumpkin, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in nuts if using.
- Divide batter into muffin cups and bake 18-20 minutes.
