Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk wet ingredients in another.
- Combine wet and dry, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 60-70 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan and cooling completely.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of cloves or ginger.
