Method
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Combine soup, onion, and mustard. Add corned beef and cabbage; turn into a buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the casserole.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Check for dryness, add liquid if needed. Continue cooking for 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.

For a richer flavor, use beef broth instead of water.
