Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; combine wet ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry until just mixed; beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fill muffin cups halfway, add cream cheese, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
