Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, mix with melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients separately.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture. Add nuts if desired. Pour into pan.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
